This past June, the tobacco-product interests of Europe drew their attention to Krakow, the economic center of Poland and of Eastern Europe. EuroTab-2009 shattered expectations in the fair’s second time in Krakow. “The business contacts made and the deals being made on the floor have been extraordinary,” says TPI managing editor Evan Dashevsky. “This was the first foray for many businesses into Eastern Europe, and this is the perfect place to make your introduction.” There was a mix of companies from around the world looking to introduce their business into Eastern Europe, as well as home-grown companies looking to expand their brand within Poland and surrounding markets.

The show was such a success that the dates have already been set for EuroTab’s return to Krakow next year for EuroTab-2010, 15-17 April, 2010. EuroTab is the Eastern European retail tobacco trade’s premier exhibition. This is your opportunity to meet with a multitude of suppliers and to explore the latest tobacco products, accessories, and goods. With the growing markets of the region all attending, exhibitors are preparing their latest launches and innovations.

The fair will be bustling with importers, distributors, wholesalers, producers, and vendors from Eastern Europe, Russia, the Former Soviet Republics, and the Baltic and Balkan countries as well as from Turkey, North Africa, and the Near, Middle, and Far East.

Now in its tenth year, EuroTab has gained the support of many successful companies who have exhibited over the years. Retailers can expect to do business with leaders in tobacco consumer products including manufacturers of cigarettes, cigars, kretek, and bidis, as well as private label cigarettes, roll-your-own tobacco and accessories, lighters, pipes, humidors, cases, papers, and displays.
